Theresa E. (Plank) Little, 70, 253 Baltimore Street, Gettysburg, PA died Monday, March 19, 2018 at the home of her daughter surrounded by her family.
She was born June 9, 1947 in Gettysburg, PA the daughter of the late William and Mildred Keefer Plank, Sr. Theresa is survived by her husband William C. Little, two daughters; Wendy Forsythe (Garrett Forsythe) of Gettysburg, PA, Christy Alexander of Gettysburg, PA, two step-sons; Michael Little of Kansas City, MO, Eric Little of Kansas City, MO, 12 grandchildren; Stephen Oseen and his wife Jennifer, Matthew Alexander, Jamie Charlesworth, Mark Charlesworth, Chrystal Charlesworth, Lexus Felton, Jeremy Little, Seth Little, Derek Benkovich, Raymond Little, Rosie Little, Trevor Stover, 13 great grandchildren; Trysten, Kylee, Lyhem, Christopher, Cayden, Jonathan, Elsa, Bjorn, Lauren, Austin, Brooklyn, Braiden, Trenton, a sister, Sandra Coscia and her husband Joseph of Gettysburg, PA. She was predeceased by two grandchildren; Christopher Oseen, Skylar Hines-Little, a sister, Maria Coscia, two brothers; William Plank, Jr., and Stephen Plank.
Mrs. Little was a long time member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Gettysburg, PA. She was a 1965 graduate of Delone Catholic High School. For over 30 years she was employed at the Eisenhower Inn on the Emmitsburg Road in Gettysburg. She was involved in almost every position at the hotel from bookkeeper to general manager and devoted countless hours and energy to her job. She was a former member of the Gettysburg American Legion Auxiliary and was active in the “Toy’s for Tot’s” program. Theresa was a person who loved life and her family. And will always be known as someone who gave whatever she had to others and that brought her great joy.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 23, 2018 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Gettysburg at Noon with Fr. John Kuchinski celebrant. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Friday from 11:00 AM until the time of the Mass.
