Obituary for Alexis Marie Burnett
Alexis Marie Burnett, 27 of York, PA formerly of Fairfield, PA died suddenly at her home on Sunday, February 28, 2016. Born October 4, 1988 in Poughkeepsie, NY she was the daughter of Charles E. Burnett and Janet McLeod. Alexis graduated from Fairfield High School and was working as a Certified Nursing Assistant at a Normandy Ridge in York, PA at the time of her death. She enjoyed sharing quality time with her entire family and loved to sing. Alexis leaves behind her two children; Akeem and Makayla Smallwood both at home, and six siblings; Tiffany Burnett of Kansas, Jasmine, Vivian, Charles, Jr., Sophia and Preston Burnett all of Fairfield, PA, her paternal grandfather, Curtis Burnett of Delaware and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Following cremation, her family will receive friends at a gathering on Monday, March 7, 2016 from 2-4 PM at Ventura’s Restaurant at 100 East Main St. Fairfield, PA.
