Catherine B. Fox, age 58, of Gettysburg, PA passed away at the home of her daughter, surrounded by her family on Saturday, July 22, 2017.
Born October 1, 1958 in Gettysburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late LeRoy D. Miller and Doris L. (Berger) Miller Ripple.
Catherine was employed by Hanover Foods for 28 years. She enjoyed life, her children and grandchildren with trips to Raystown Lake and the Seashore and always loved to read a good book. Memberships included Gettysburg Eagles, McSherrystown Moose, Littlestown VFW (life member), Hanover Home Association and the Hanover AmVets.
Catherine is survived by her three children; Michael L. Fox and wife Trisha of York, PA, Tina M. Rucker and husband Michael of Littlestown, PA, and Teresa A. Berwager and husband Brant of Glenville, PA, longtime companion, Gene C. Asper, six grandchildren, a brother, Gregory Miller of Selinsgrove, PA and her sister; Roxie Ketterman of Cashtown, PA. She was predeceased by her step-father, Chester G. Ripple.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 28, 2017 at the Monahan Funeral Home in Gettysburg. Interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Gettysburg. A Viewing will be held on Friday, at the funeral home from 10-11 a.m. The family suggests memorials to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 2405 Park Drive, Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
