Darlene M. Archer, 66, 239 South Howard Avenue, Gettysburg, PA passed on Monday, December 5, 2016 at her home.
She was born June 3, 1950 in Penn Yan, NY the daughter of Levi Titus and the late Eleanor Northrup Titus. Darlene is survived by her husband John M. Archer, two sons: Mitchell Beaman and his wife April of Hartford, CT, Shawn Beaman of New Oxford, PA, a daughter, Danielle Everts and her husband Mike of Rochester, NY, seven grandchildren, one great grandchild, two sisters: Kay Foos of Hanover, PA, Debbie Snuggs of Frederick, MD and a brother, Glen Hertel of Little Rock, AK.
Darlene was employed at the Red Lobster in Hanover, PA for 21 years until her illness. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren as well as her cats. She and her husband enjoyed their frequent trips to Bermuda.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Adams County SPCA, 11 Goldenville Road, Gettysburg, PA 17325.
