Edward R. Schwartz “Ed” “Squirrel”, 46, of Gettysburg, PA died suddenly Wednesday morning, February 1, 2017 in Chambersburg.
Born August 13, 1970 in Abington, PA he was the son of Charles Schwartz and the late Jane (Cunningham) Collins and her husband Earl. He was the husband of June Rexroth.
Ed worked in his own auto detailing in Chambersburg. In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by his sister, Linda Martin (David Goff), three children, Cordin Schwartz, Hope Schwartz, Camara Schwartz, step-daughter, Julie Rexroth, two nieces, Jennifer Martin (MJ), Jessica Johnson (Earl), two great nieces, Danielle Biddinger, Kaylynn Biddinger, and two great nephews, Zachary Johnson and Benjamin Johnson.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 11, 2017 at the Monahan Funeral Home, 125 Carlisle St., Gettysburg, PA. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of the services Saturday morning at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at monahanfuneralhome.com.
The family suggest memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
