Gayla Y. (Feeser) Lawver, 86, of Biglerville, PA died Monday, November 18, 2024 at her home.
Born November 11, 1938 in Hanover, PA she was the daughter of the late William and Mildred (Sipling) Feeser. She was the wife of Gerald C. Lawver, of Biglerville to whom she was married to for 66 years.
Mrs. Lawver was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church, Gettysburg. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother, and assisted her husband for many years with his excavating business.
In addition to her husband, Gayla is survived by her two daughters, Patti Knackstedt and her husband Dennis, of Biglerville, Barbara Reichert and her partner Rick Motter, of Shippensburg, her grandson, Heath Reichert, and her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, David Lawver, and her two sisters, Diane Auchey and Beverly Nitchman.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, November 22, 2024 at the Monahan Funeral Home, 125 Carlisle St., Gettysburg, PA. Burial will be in the Biglerville Cemetery.
