Georgia Anne Servant, 70, 320 Schooner Lane, Berlin, MD died Thursday, October 13, 2016.
Mrs. Servant was born January 25, 1946 in Worcester, MA the daughter of the late Francis H. and Mary Conicelli Young. Her husband Robert L. Servant died in March of this year.
Georgia along with her husband owned and operated, Servant and Co. on Steinwehr Avenue in Gettysburg from 1989 until 2000. She also worked with Adams County Youth Services as a foster parent for many years. But most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
Mrs. Servant is survived by four children; Gina Servant and her spouse Lori Thompson of Berlin, MD, Kevin Servant and his wife Kristy of Gettysburg, PA, Rebecca Funk and her husband Andrew of Ellicott City, MD, Angela Worley and her husband Aaron of New Market, MD, ten grandchildren; Brittney, Gabriella, Courtney, Bryce, Averee, Drew, Cooper, Beckett, Dominic, Isabella, and a brother, Francis H. Young, Jr. and his wife Margaret of Brackney, PA.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Monahan Funeral Home, Gettysburg, PA at 2:00 PM with Fr. Michael Grab officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Gettysburg, PA. There will be a viewing at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.
