Gladys J. Wilson, age 99 of Gettysburg, PA passed away on Friday, June 9, 2017 at the Gettysburg Hospital after a brief illness.
Born October 4, 1917 in Gettysburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Noah & Mary E. (Arendt) Jeffcoat. Mrs. Wilson was predeceased by her husband, Sterling E. Wilson who died in 1989.
Survivors include her two children; Barbara A, Weikert of Gettysburg and Richard G. Wilson of Colorado Springs, CO, three grandchildren; Wendy Shrader, Beth Corson and Tim Weikert, and three great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a grandson; Franz X. Wilson, a sister, Verna Moser and three brothers; Glen Jeffcoat, William Jeffcoat and John Slentz.
Funeral Services will be private with burial in the Fairview Cemetery, Arendtsville, PA. The Monahan Funeral Home in Gettysburg is assisting the family with the funeral arrangements. Online tributes and condolences can be made at monahanfuneralhome.com.
