Obituary for Gloria A. Eline
Gloria A. Eline, 77, 881 White Hall Road, Littlestown, PA died Thursday, June 21, 2018 at York Select Hospital.
She was born December 13, 1940 on the family farm in Bonneauville, PA the daughter of the late John A. and Ethel Gebhart Neiderer.
Gloria was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Bonneauville, PA. She graduated from Delone Catholic High School and went to work at Sylvania Shoe Company in McSherrystown, PA. Gloria then took time to raise her family, returning to work at A & P Food Stores in Hanover, Gettysburg, Littlestown and York. Later she became an Administrative Assistant for Local 1776 United Food and Commercial Workers Union from which she retired. She was an avid movie buff, enjoyed travel, bird watching and gardening but most of all she loved her time with her family especially her grandchildren.
Gloria is survived by her significate other, Russ Fowble, former husband the late Louis B. Eline, the father of her children; daughters; Kimberly Burke and her husband Pat of Sarasota, FL, Mishelle Burke and her husband David of Dunedin, FL, a son, Scott Eline and his wife Michelle of New Port Richey, FL, seven grandchildren; Eric Miller, Kristen Burke-Pappas, Ryan Burke, Bryan Burke, Jared Burke, Mallory Eline, Cameron Eline, three great grandchildren; Michael Pappas, IV, and Alana Rose Pappas, and Pearce Fletcher Burke. She was predeceased by a brother, Ramon Neiderer, and a sister, Janet Eltz.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Bonneauville, PA at 11:00 AM. The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the time of the Mass. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
