Obituary for Helen Marie Arter Livingston
Helen Marie Arter Livingston, 58 of Shippensburg, PA formerly of Littlestown, PA passed away on Saturday, June 01, 2019 at the Chambersburg Hospital.
Born February 15, 1961 in Gettysburg, PA she was the daughter of Dallie Marie (Blacksten) Stoddard of Huntsville, AL and the late John L. Arter, Sr.
Helen graduated from Littlestown High School in 1979 and was employed for a number of years with the former Freeman Shoe Co. in Hanover, PA. Recently, Helen had worked for Dell Computers before her illness. She was a member of the Buchanan Valley Fire Co.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her daughter Crystal Marie Stull of Florida, four grandchildren, two brothers; James E. Arter and his wife Crystal of Orrtanna, PA and Norman Arter, Sr. and his wife Laura of Manchester, TN and seven nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, John L. Arter, Jr.
Helen’s wishes were to have a private funeral service and that memorials can be sent to the Buchanan Valley Fire Co. 1180 Buchanan Valley Road, Orrtanna, PA l7353.
