
Obituary for James W. Fox
James W. “Jim” Fox, 57 of Arendtsville, PA died Friday, October 7, 2106 at the York Hospital. Born December 23, 1958 in Millington, TN, he was the son of the late Franklin O. & Shirley L. (Rhode) Fox. Jim was a graduate of Great Mills High School in Lexington Park, MD and attended UMBC University for several years. He had been employed by Metso Manufacturing Co. in York, PA for the past ten years. Jim was a member of the Biglerville American Legion. Survivors include his wife, Diane Ziegler Fox, daughter, Emily Ann Fox, step-sons; Joe Campbell and wife Deb, and Brian Campbell and wife Jackie, five grandchildren, brothers; Mike Fox, Curt Fox and Glenn Fox and wife Michelle and a number of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service to celebrate Jim’s life will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at Christ Chapel Four Square, 225 New Chester Rd., New Oxford, PA 17350 with Pastor Mark Chester, officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday at the church from 4-5 p.m. Burial will be private. The family would like everyone attending the memorial service to be comfortable, and asks that you wear casual attire. Jim was a supporter of: A Tail to Tell Pet Rescue, P. O. Box 524, Mt. Gretna, PA 17064 and in lieu of flowers memorials can be made in Jim’s memory.
