Obituary for Jeanne E. Glenny
Jeanne E. Glenny, 73 of Gettysburg, PA passed away on Thursday, January 3, 2019 surrounded by her family at the York Hospital. Born September 28, 1945 in Teaneck, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Vincent H. & Madeline (Paris) Stahlmann. Jeanne was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, James D. Glenny, who died July 20, 2018. Jeanne had been employed for many years as the office manager with ITA, Inc. which was located in the FCC Building in Gettysburg. She enjoyed golfing and taking various cruises with her late husband. Jeanne is survived by her two children; Robin J. Cohen of Sterling, VA and James D. Glenny and his wife Gwen of East Berlin, PA and her grandson, Zachary Glenny. She was predeceased by her brother, Vincent H. “Vinnie” Stahlmann, Jr. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at the Monahan Funeral Home in Gettysburg. Interment will follow the services in the Evergreen Cemetery, Gettysburg.
