Obituary for John Barclay Davis
: John Barclay Davis, 56, of Harrisburg, PA died Monday, October 21, 2019 at Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital. Born January 14, 1963 in Frederick, Maryland, he was the son of the late Neal Davis and Mary (Gladhill) Grimes. John was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard. He worked for many years as a consultant to the federal government. John enjoyed volunteering with local veterans organizations and was a member of the Harrisburg YMCA. John is survived by his three siblings; Ginny Rinehart, Willie Heckman and Scott Davis and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at the Monahan Funeral Home in Gettysburg. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00-11:00 at the funeral home.
