Obituary for Mary Jane Kleppinger
Mary Jane Kleppinger, 85, 6375 Chambersburg Road, Fayetteville, PA formerly of Fairfield passed away on Friday, September 29, 2017 at the Village of Laurel Run.
She was born February 24, 1932 in Sabillasville, MD the daughter of the late Robert Leo and Mary Elizabeth Brown Dick. Her husband Warren “Mike” Kleppinger died in 2005.
Early in Mary’s life she was employed at the Blue Ridge Pipe and Nipple Company and the Gettysburg Lutheran Seminary. But most of her life was spent raising her family. She enjoyed cards and crossword puzzles but most of all she loved her time with her family. The family would like to thank all of her caregivers at Laurel Run.
Mrs. Kleppinger is survived by three children; Gregory Kleppinger and his wife Kimberly of Arizona, Cherolyn Kuykendall of Alabama, Brian Kleppinger and his wife Ronda of Mont Alto, PA, three grandchildren; D. Lee Kleppinger, Zechariah Kuykendall, Savanah Shockey, four great grandchildren; Kailey Lee, Aidan Shockey, Dakota Kuykendall, Taylor Kuykendall, brothers and sisters; Charles Dick of Fayetteville, PA, Kenneth Dick of Fairfield, PA, Lester Dick of Waynesboro, PA, David Dick of Waynesboro, PA, Margaret Spenla of Idaho, Linda Mort of Idaho, Donald Dick of England and a number of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son-in-law, William Kuykendall, brothers; Edward Dick, James Dick and a sister, Elizabeth Musselman.
A Graveside Memorial Service will be held, Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Fairfield Union Cemetery at 2:00 PM with Rev. Eugene Cline officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Village of Laurel Run, 6375 Chambersburg Road, Fayetteville, PA 17222.
