Obituary for Michael E. Woodson
Michael E. Woodson, 59 of Bendersville, PA passed away Friday, Born August 8, 1957 in Gettysburg, PA, he was the son of Robert L. Woodson of Biglerville, PA and the late Jane Marie (Sanders) Woodson who died in 1999. Mike was employed for many years with Inland Container in Biglerville before his illness. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying both hunting and fishing. Mike was a member of the Biglerville American Legion. In addition to his father, he is survived by his longtime girlfriend, Sharon Rompf, brother, David A. Woodson and wife Deborah of Biglerville, two sisters: Debra J. Woodson of Carlisle, PA and Cathy A. Woodson of Mt. Holly Springs, PA. He was predeceased by a brother, R. Douglas Woodson. Funeral Services will be private, burial will be in Benders Church Cemetery, Biglerville. The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society, 924 North Colonial Avenue, York, PA 17403.
