Obituary for Norma Jean Andrews
Norma Jean Andrews, 57, of Biglerville, PA went to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday afternoon, May 14, 2016 at her daughter’s home in Gettysburg.
Born July 13, 1958 in Gettysburg she was the daughter of the late Vernon and Mabel (Sease) Miller. She was the wife of John R. Andrews of Biglerville to whom she was married to for 30 years.
Mrs. Andrews was a member of the Gettysburg Baptist Church. She was employed by Herff Jones in Gettysburg for 20 years. Norm was a bubbly and happy person, who was always the life of the party and she loved to have fun. She mostly enjoyed camping and spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughter, Bobbi Jean White and her husband Gary “Rooster” White, of Gettysburg, a step-daughter, Tracy Lynn Garber and her husband Brad, of Biglerville, three grandchildren, Autumn White, Mason Garber, Myla Garber, and four sisters, Darby Swope, of McSherrystown, Margy Topper, of Biglerville, Marie Sharp, of York, and Cindy Reaver, of Bendersville. She was preceded in death by a brother, Vernon Miller and a sister Shirley Brookens.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 19, 2016 at the Gettysburg Baptist Church, 95 Fairview Rd., Gettysburg, PA with Pastor Bill Mummert officiating. Burial will be in the Pine Cemetery, New Chester, PA. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of the services, Thursday morning at the church.
