Pauline D. Starliper, 89 of Gettysburg, PA died Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Quincy Village in Franklin County, PA.
Born July 27, 1927 in Hamiltonban Township, Adams County, PA she was the daughter of the late Roy & Blanche (Swisher) McFerren.
Pauline was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Gettysburg. For many years, Pauline worked in the Gettysburg area as a housekeeper.
She is survived by her son, Roy E. Starliper, and wife Lois of Gettysburg, PA a daughter, Stella L. Gantt of Houstontown, PA and four grandchildren. Pauline was predeceased by five sisters; Gladys Shirley, Janet Monn, Alice Kint, Mary Oaks and Pearl Farrer, and two brothers; William and Garnet McFerren.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at the Monahan Funeral Home in Gettysburg with Fr. Daniel Mitzel, officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Gettysburg. A Viewing will be held on Tuesday at the funeral home from 10-11 a.m. The family would like to all of the nurses and staff at Quincy Village for their wonderful care of Pauline.
