Obituary for Pauline V. Bolander
Pauline V. Bolander, 96, formerly of Fairfield, PA, died Saturday afternoon, August 20, 2016 at her cottage at SpiriTrust Lutheran Village in Gettysburg, PA.
Born October 1, 1919 in Virginia she was the daughter of the late Channing and Flossie (Collins) Nash. She was the wife of the late Harry G. Bolander who died in 1969.
Mrs. Bolander was a member of Gettysburg Church of Christ in Gettysburg. She worked at the Atlantic & Pacific Grocery Store as a clerk for a number of years.
Pauline is survived by her sister, Dorothy C. Brown, of Gettysburg, and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four sisters and one brother.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at the Monahan Funeral Home, 27 East Main St., Fairfield, PA with Rev. Scott Smelser officiating. Burial will be in the Fairfield Union Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at monahanfuneralhome.com.
