Robert Arthur Russell, 59, 21 Water Street, Fairfield, PA died Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at his home surrounded by his family.
He was born February 18, 1957 in Baltimore, MD the son of the late Charles “Grand Charlie” and Vera “Dearva” Kirby Russell.
Bob was a business owner and devoted most of his career to promotional sales. But his true love was music. He had a solo career singing and playing the guitar. He was also an avid Baltimore Ravens fan and golfer.
Bob is survived by a son, Daniel Russell of Chicago, IL, a daughter, Darcie Fultz of Nashville, TN, five grandchildren: Madelyn, Olivia, Elizabeth, William, Michael, his loving friend, Beth Cool, six brothers and sisters: Charles Russell and his wife Anita of Arvada, CO, Mary Ridings and her husband Ronald of Baltimore, MD, Patrick Russell of Burgaw, NC, John Russell and his wife Kathy of Rotonda West, FL, Peg Russell of York, PA, Kate Gill of York, PA.
A Memorial service will be held Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Monahan Funeral Home in Gettysburg at 2:00 PM with Bishop Suzy Wickham officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.
