Obituary for Robert "Bob" Connelly
Robert E. “Bob” Connelly, 62, of East Berlin, PA died Sunday morning, May 8, 2016 at Hershey Medical Center.
He was born May 27, 1953 in York Springs, PA the son of the late H. Robert and Mary Miller Connelly. Bob is survived by his wife Rosemary, two sons; Robert C. Connelly of Gettysburg, PA, Mark A. Connelly of Kentucky and a granddaughter, Madison.
Bob was a graduate of Bermudian Springs High School. For the past 15 years he was employed at JST Corp. in Harrisburg as a tool and die specialist. Bob enjoyed following the Philadelphia sports teams, but most of all watching the Phillies and following NASCAR racing on TV with a bottle of beer in his hand.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 12th at Sunnyside Cemetery in York Springs, PA. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Children’s Hospital at Hershey Medical Center, 500 University Drive, Hershey, PA 17033.
