Obituary for Robert Frederick Segessenman
Robert Frederick Segessenman, Sr., age 79 of Gettysburg, PA passed away at his home on Saturday, February 17, 2018.
Born in Philadelphia, PA on May 30, 1938, he was the son of the late Frederick Christian & Alma Lee (Schuster) Segessenman.
Robert was a veteran of the United States Army. He served as a Butler Township Supervisor for many years, was a member of Memorial Baptist Church in Gettysburg and the Susquehanna Valley Garden Railroad Society.
Robert is survived by his wife of 52 years, Harriett J. (Pierie) Segessenman, a son, Robert F. Segessenman, Jr. and his wife Penny of Littlestown, PA, two daughters; Jennifer Lee Segessenman of Hershey, PA and Elizabeth Ann Segessenman of Charleston, West Virginia, four grandchildren; Daniel, Heather, Amber and Amelia, and a sister, Doris Worthington of Tewksbury, Massachusetts.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the Monahan Funeral Home in Gettysburg with Rev. Stephen Baker officiating. Interment will take place in the Greenmount Cemetery in Arendtsville, PA.
