Scott D. “Moose” Wright, 49, formerly of Harrisburg went to join his God and grandparents, ending his 14 years of physical suffering on Friday, March 4, 2016 at Gettysburg Center.
He was born March 21, 1966 in Harrisburg the son of Cletus Wright of Harrisburg and Susan Shakespeare of Hummelstown.
Scott graduated from Central Dauphin Vo Tech. He enjoyed following Dirt Tract racing and NASCAR racing particularly Jeff Gordon. He also loved spending time in Rehoboth Beach, DE where he fished and crabbed.
In addition to his parents, Scott is survived by a sister, Aimee Wright of Harrisburg, a step-mother, Judy Wright, half-sister and brother, Rachel and Brian and several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Scott’s life will take place on April 2, 2016 at 2:00 PM, at his mother, Susan's home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to your favorite humane society. Online obituary, condolences, and memorial details are available at monahanfuneralhome.com.
