Stephen Allen Hill, Jr. age 23 of Orrtanna, PA died suddenly on Sunday, March 13, 2016 in Cashtown, PA.
He was born in Gettysburg, PA on December 04, 1992 and was the son of Stephen A. & Teresa S. (Miller) Hill of Orrtanna.
Steve graduated from Gettysburg High School in 2011 and had been employed by the Lincoln Diner and the 7-11 Store in Gettysburg. He also helped his father with the family lawn care and landscaping business. Steve enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing chess and checkers.
In addition to his parents Steve is survived by his sister, Rachel V. Hill of Orrtanna, his paternal grandmother, Barbara Miller Cooper of Gettysburg, his maternal grandmother, Betty Cooper Miller and many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 18, 2016 at the Monahan Funeral Home in Gettysburg with Rev. Stuart Johns, officiating. Interment will be in the McKnightstown Cemetery. A Viewing will be held on Thursday at the funeral home from 6-8 PM and on Friday from 10-11 AM. Memorials can be made to the funeral home to help defray his funeral expenses.
