Obituary for Thelma Catherine Reifsnider
Thelma Catherine Reifsnider, 93, Littlestown, PA died Thursday, at the Gettysburg Hospital.
Born September 22, 1925 in Maryland the daughter of the late John J. and Marion Otto Hoffman. Her husband Paul Burton Reifsnider died in 1997.
Thelma was a member of Keymar Evangelical Wesleyan Church. She was employed at Cambridge Rubber Company and lastly for Aristokraft Cabinet Company. She enjoyed Cardinals, word puzzles and baking, but most of all she loved time with her family and doing things for others.
Mrs. Reifsnider is survived by a daughter-in-law, Mary Reifsnider of Littlestown, PA, a grandson, Travis Michael Reifsnider and his wife Heather, two great granddaughters; Alyssa Reifsnider, Addison Reifsnider, a brother, Ralph Hoffman of Gardners, PA. She was predeceased by a son, Leroy Reifsnider in 2005.
Funeral services will be held Monday, December 31, 2018 at 1:00 PM from Monahan Funeral Home in Gettysburg, PA with Pastor Stan Diehl officiating. Interment will be in Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery, Taneytown, MD. There will be a viewing at the funeral home on Sunday, December 30, 2018 from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
