Obituary for Trudy A. Wishard
Trudy A. Wishard, 65, of Gettysburg, PA died Friday morning, March 18, 2016 at the York Hospital.
Born December 9, 1950 in Gettysburg she was the daughter of the late William and Betty (Crandon) Timmins, Jr. She was the wife of Ronald E. Wishard of Gettysburg to whom she was married to for 18 years.
Trudy was a member of St. James Lutheran Church in Gettysburg. She retired from L & H Mechanical and Electrical Services, Inc. in Gettysburg after being employed there for 10 years. She also worked for Bigham Real Estate as an agent for a number of years. She was a member of the Eastern Star and a life member for 65 years of the Gettysburg American Legion Auxiliary.
In addition to her husband Trudy is survived by her daughter, Holly Fox and her husband Lawrence Plank, of Gettysburg, her grandson, Kyle Leinbach and his wife Catherine, of Gettysburg, her great granddaughter, Betseay Leinbach, her brother, William Timmins, III and his wife Mary, of Hanover, her aunt Patricia Hartman and her husband Waldo, and three nieces and one nephew.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at the Monahan Funeral Home, 125 Carlisle St., Gettysburg with her pastor Rev. Michael Allwein officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM, Tuesday evening, March 22, 2016 at the funeral home with an Eastern Star service beginning at 7:45 PM.
