Obituary for William P. Pinko
William P. Pinko, 72, of Gettysburg, PA died Saturday morning, October 22, 2016 at his home.
Born July 23, 1944 in Gettysburg, PA he was the son of the late William J. and Dorothy Jean (Baker) Pinko. He was the wife of Judy (Alberts) Pinko, of Gettysburg to whom he was married to for 47 years.
Mr. Pinko was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Gettysburg. He worked for the Gettysburg Municipal Authority for 41 years most recently serving as supervisor. He was very involved with Gettysburg Little League and Gettysburg Midget Football. In his free time he enjoyed hunting and cooking.
In addition to his wife, Bill is survived by his two sons, William F. Pinko and his companion Cathy Lehmer, of Gettysburg, Todd A. Pinko and his wife Peggy, of California, five grandchildren, Brandon, Brianna, Bryson, Baylee, and Bret, as well as his brother, Michael Pinko, of Gettysburg.
Funeral services, being handled by the Monahan Funeral Home, will be private and at the convenience of the family. Online condolences may be made at monahanfuneralhome.com.
