Obituary for Kimberly A. (Hess) Gross
Kimberly A. (Hess) Gross, 58, of Orrtanna, PA died Thursday evening March 22, 2018 at York Hospital.
Born September 2, 1959 in Hanover, PA she was the daughter of Edgar E. Hess, of Gettysburg, PA and the late Barbara G. (Groft) Hess. She was the wife of the late Andrew J. Gross, who died May 11, 2013 after they shared 32 years of marriage together.
Kim dedicated 30 years of her life working as a registered nurse at Hanover and Waynesboro Hospitals. She has had many beloved pets throughout the years, enjoyed going the beach, reading, and taking care of her family.
In addition to her father, Kim is survived by her sister, Lisa Keiser and her husband Michael, of Gettysburg, PA, her brother- in-law Jay Boyer of Hanover, PA, and five nieces and nephews, Joshua Boyer, Nicholas Boyer, Amybeth Boyer, Torie Brilhart, and Brooke Brilhart. She was preceded in death by her infant twins, Cara Beth and Mia Nicole, and her sister, Christine Boyer.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 29, 2018 at the Monahan Funeral Home, 27 East Main St., Fairfield, PA. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of the service Thursday morning at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Fairfield Union Cemetery.
