Madeline “Max” Rhodes Faulkner

Took her last breath here and first breath in Heaven 1-1-19 with family by her side.
Born in NC, graduated Gettysburg HS (1947), AA degree Bob Jones University, worked 30 years as a civilian for the Department of Defense at the Pentagon with the Air Force. Retired 1996.
Avid photographer and family historian who loved people. It didn't matter if you were family, maintenance staff or high-ranking military official. You were sure to be greeted as if you were an old friend.
Predeceased by husband of 35 years Perry Faulkner, father Claude and mother Lillie (Barr) Rhodes, sister Mary Lou Showvaker.
Survived by sisters Katharina Lowe and Ella Mae Bert, brother Charles Rhodes, brother-in-law Thurston Faulkner, 13 nieces and nephews and their families.
Celebration of Madeline’s life will be held on May 4, 2019 @ 11:00 am. Marburg Cemetery--Hanover PA. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to a charity of your choice.
